Conditions:

The deposit is € 100.00 per room. In case of cancellation it will not be refunded, as provided for by the civil code 1385 and 1386
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival NO ADDITIONAL PENALTY
From 29 days to 15 days before arrival 50% of the total amount of the stay
From 14 days to the date of arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the total amount of the stay
For shortened stays or early departures, the entire stay will be charged, in accordance with the booking contract and Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
Tourist tax of euro 1.30 per day per person not included (children under 10 years are exempt)
Pets are allowed at a cost of EUR 10 each per day.
On arrival the rooms will be available from 1 p.m. onwards.
On the day of departure please vacate them by 10.00 a.m.
It is possible to settle the bill by 11 p.m. on the day before departure or on the morning of departure from 8 a.m.
It is possible to pay the balance by debit card, credit card (except American Express) and cash in accordance with the legal limit.
